🎫 Entry Price
The Early Bird Offer is active until 4 weeks prior.
All registrations and payments must be completed via Smoothcomp before the deadline. Door payments are only accepted for spectators.
🥋 Free entry for brown and black belts in weight class divisions. Please, reach out via email or any other contact methods listed in Smoothcomp to get your free entry voucher. This offer is not applicable to Warriors League and Team Clash entries.
⚔️ UKGCC 2-Match Guarantee
We want every athlete to compete at least twice whenever possible. Here’s how we make it happen:
- 1 opponent: Best-of-three format (up to 3 matches).
- 2 opponents: Round Robin (each competitor faces both others).
- 3+ opponents: Double Elimination with a Bronze match.
🔁 Merges Policy
Our goal when merging divisions is to ensure competitors can have a match, while maintaining fairness and safety at all times. A merge may be proposed when there are insufficient competitors in a division, but no competitor is ever required to accept a merge.
General Rules (All Divisions)
- All merge proposals can be accepted or refused.
- If you refuse a merge, you are entitled to a full refund, provided you notify us no later than 48 hours before the competition.
- We begin reviewing and proposing merges approximately one week before the event.
- If your division is merged, you will receive a confirmation email via Smoothcomp. Please ensure your contact details in Smoothcomp are correct and up to date.
Adult Divisions
For adults, a “fair” merge typically means:
- Moving up in weight, or
- Moving down in age
Male and female adult divisions are never merged.
Gi divisions
- We generally do not merge by belt.
No-Gi divisions
- Moving up in experience level may be allowed when appropriate.
Kids Divisions
For children, our priority is to offer a match only when it is safe to do so.
We aim to:
- Keep competitors within their registered weight category, allowing up to a 15–20% weight difference within a bracket, based on the expected weight declared at registration.
- Merge boys and girls up to Year 6 (11 years old), with parental approval.
- Merge belts by no more than one grade difference (for example, a white belt may compete against a grey belt).
As with adult divisions, all kids’ merge proposals may be refused, with the same refund policy applying.
💡 How to Avoid Being Alone in Your Group
Register and pay as early as possible!
Early registration not only saves you money but also helps attract more opponents — most competitors prefer signing up for divisions that already have entries.
Don’t wait — lead the pack and sign up now! Our generous refund policy gives you peace of mind if your plans change.
🤼🤼♂️🤼♀️ Team Registration
Team sign-ups are simple:
- Each competitor registers individually and selects their team.
- And if your team does not exist, you have the option to create it.
- The team’s total weight is cumulative — you can mix lighter and heavier athletes.
- If the total exceeds the team limit after weigh-ins, you’ll need to drop fighters until the cumulative weight is equal or below the allowed weight.
- You’ll be asked to submit your final team lineup within 48 hours of the event (we’ll remind you).
If your team can’t be completed before registrations close, you may move into individual weight divisions — the same refund and cancellation policy applies.
The 2-Match Guarantee also applies to Team Divisions.
