MAT KINGS is a company that will travel from state to state hosting jiu-jitsu and wrestling tournaments for adults, teens, and kids.

1601 SAN ELIJO RD, SAN MARCOS, CA 92078 There has been some changes to our events such as adults will compete first and then followed by the Children and Teens divisions. Come as an individual or as a team to compete in our Wrestling or Jiu-Jitsu No-Gi and Gi event.

JIU JITSU EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION:
Date: 3/31/25 - END DATE: 5/10/25 (deadline Friday night 5/10/25 midnight) $79unlimited Jiu-Jitsu divisions with-in your skill level and weight. Spectators are $15 each, Children 7 and under are $5 and can be purchased at the door or at weigh-ins (infants are free).
WRESTLING EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION: $59 Date: 3/31/25 - END DATE: 5/10/25 (deadline Friday night 5/10/25 midnight)
JIU JITSU NORMAL REGISTRATION: Date; 5/11/25 - END DATE: 6/7/25 $99 for unlimited divisions with-in your skill level and weight. Spectators are $15 each. Children 7 and under are $5 and can only be purchased at the door or at weigh-ins (Infants are free).

JIU JITSU LATE REGISTRATION: Date: 6/8/25 - END DATE: 6/20/25 $109 for unlimited divisions. Spectators are $15 each, Children 7 and under are $5 and can only be purchased at the door or at weigh-ins (infants are free)

CREDIT POLICY You can cancel and receive a full credit towards any future matkings event for any reason. Competitors must cancel by 12:00 PM on Friday before the event by logging into your account and canceling your registration yourself. This credit is valid up to 1 year from the date you cancel. Refunds are not given.

WHAT TO DO WHEN YOU GET TO THE EVENT Every competitor will check-in at our front desk when they arrive. Competitors will then proceed to the weigh-in area to get weighed in. If competitors arrive after this time they will be removed from the tournament. matkings will make sure competitors are in the correct skill level. At this time, matkings will also share the size of your division(s). If you are the only competitor in your bracket, the matkings will discuss what options are available and move you to the agreed upon bracket.
FRIDAY WEIGH-IN TIMES All competitors need to check-in and weigh-in on Friday from 5 PM - 8:30 PM. All competitors are required to have a smoothcomp ID on thier phones to make the check-in and weight-in process much faster. (Please note: you will be taken to the back of the line if you do not have smoothcomp ID ready in hand.)
COACH/PARENT CHAIR Matkings provides 1 chair on each side of every score table for the coaches of the competitors. (Please note: no one else is allowed to sit in those chairs during the matches.)
EVENT MEDIC During matking events, we will have a trained professional medic on sight. The medic will be visible and accessible to all in attendance.
