Description
Only coaches with a coach’s wrist band and official coach badge will be allowed at mat side and in coaching seats; wristbands and official coach badges must be visible at all times.
There will be a Referee and Coaches Meeting at 7:00 am on the day of the tournament. Please make every effort to attend.
Tournament information and updates are sent to the Coaches through the Coaches Smoothcomp registration site.
Coaches requesting Coach’s wristbands on the day of the tournament will be charged $20.00.
- The cut-off for Coach registration is noon on Saturday September 27, 2025.
- Only coaches certified by USJF, USJA or USA JUDO are allowed on the mat side for coaching.
- Proof of organization membership, valid Coach credential and Safesport Certificate must be uploaded during the registration process. Anybody not able to prove all three requirements will not be issued a coach wristband.
- Coaches are required to read, follow and adhere to the Nanka Coaches Code of Conduct.
- Wristbands will be issued at the Tournament to registered and approved coaches.
- Coaches are expected to be attired appropriately. (No T-shirts, shorts, hats, sandals, flip-flops or Judogi (including judo gi pants) with an official coach badge and tournament wristband visible
- Current coach’s badges must be worn as well as wristbands.
- Please be prepared to present your valid Judo Organization Membership card when picking up your wristband.
