🗓 Schedule
- Doors open: 12:00
- Weigh-in: 12:00 – up to 45 minutes before the first match
- Competition starts: 13:00
- Estimated end: latest 17:30
⏰ Opening Time
- Doors open at 12:00.
- Please do not arrive earlier than 12:00, as we cannot allow entry before this time.
👥 Visitors
To keep the environment organized and safe, we kindly ask participants to limit the number of visitors.
If you do want to bring someone:
- €3 cash
- €5 by card (Children up to 4 years old are free.)
- 1 coach per 3 competitors (FoC)
⚖️ Weigh-in
- All divisions (Gi & NoGi) weigh-in without Gi. Only shorts and rashguards or underwear.
- Competing in both Gi & NoGi? No worries, you just weigh-in once.
- Weigh-in also serves as check-in, so it’s important to stop by the scale.
- Be on-time; weigh is open until 45 mins before your first fight.
⏱ Match Duration
- 4–7 years: 2 minutes
- 8–15 years: 3 minutes
🥇 Medal Ceremony
Medals are awarded right after each bracket finishes. If your child places 1st, 2nd, or 3rd, please gather with the other medalists for a short ceremony and photo moment.
📜 Rules
We follow the official IBJJF ruleset. 👉 www.ibjjf.com/rules When belts differ, the rules of the lower belt are applied.
💶 Refund Policy
- 100% until Thursday before the event
- 50% on Friday or Saturday
- 20% on Sunday

🧼 House Rules
- Be kind and respectful—to athletes, referees, coaches, and staff.
- Cheer positively, no booing or negative shouting.
- Help us keep the venue clean (gym, changing rooms, bathrooms).
