4. Registration and Fees
Eligibility: All participants must have at least a minimum of 6 months of regular martial arts training prior to the competition date. Coaches are responsible for ensuring that competitors are suitably prepared for participation.
Maximum 6 number of participants per weight category. Competitors must register in their own Age Division.
Fees

No refunds will be entertained for cancellation, no shows, or disqualification.
5. Contest Regulations / Competition Rules
Modified FIAS rules and regulations will apply.
6. Contest Time
| Children division (12 years and under) | 2.0 minutes |
| Cadet division (14 years and under) | 3.0 minutes |
7. Competition Attire
Judo, Sambo and Grappling uniforms accepted. Uniform sleeves must reach the wrist! Sambo shoes optional.
Long or short sleeved rash guard and shorts / tights for grappling.
Coaches / managers MUST be attired in collared tees/shirt and pants, to corner their athlete.
8. Awards & Prizes
There will be four (4) medals for individual categories: 1st, 2nd and joint 3rd.
9. Indemnity & Waiver
While due care and diligence will be exercised, the organiser, its employees, stakeholders, and volunteers, will not be responsible for any incidents that may occur during the event. Participating clubs / organisations are responsible for securing the required waivers / indemnities from their members.
10. Amendments & Addendums
The organiser reserves the rights to add, amend or delete, the invitation instructions without notice, to ensure the safe, and successful conclusion of this event.
