Truly an amazing gym. My daughter struggles with ADHD, and I cannot begin to express the gratitude I have for coach Duque and Amber, as well as the lessons they teach inside their gym, which carries to outside life. My daughter’s behavior has improved significantly at home, in school, and she is learning respect and discipline from her coaches, as well as growing a love for the sport and self defense. We tried over 10 gyms in the area for Jiu Jitsu, before finding our home here at Legion MMA. The owner, Duque, has a true, genuine love for the sport. Amber is phenomenal with each and every one of the kids she coaches. This is a top notch gym. One-on-one coaching to help the kids and adults grow into excellence. There is no comparison to other gyms. If you’re looking to get your children, or yourself into MMA, this is the place for you. Coach Duque and Amber create an inviting, coachable environment.

After trying several gyms around the area, we knew this one was the right fit for our kids after just one class. The environment here is positive, structured, and welcoming. My kids are the ones who train here, and we’ve seen incredible growth—not only in their skills in the sport, but also in their confidence, discipline, and mindset. The coaches are amazing with the kids—patient, encouraging, and great role models. There are plenty of classes to choose from, and the pricing is very fair for the quality of training you get. After speaking with the owner for about 20 minutes, it was clear that he runs this gym out of true passion, not just for profit. Both he and the coaching staff are down-to-earth people who genuinely care about the students and their progress. If you’re looking for a place where your kids can learn, grow, and be part of a supportive community, this gym is the one.

If you're looking for a gym to learn a new skill, sharpen your existing ones or even just to get a little more active, this is the place to be. I'm currently attending the Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu sessions, and Coach Duque brings exceptional skill and a great teaching approach to combat sports. The classes feel practical and focused on real-world application—not just another group fitness workout. Each session includes participants ranging from beginners to advanced practitioners, which adds to the overall experience and makes the classes even more dynamic. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the facility is clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything you need. If you get the chance, definitely give it a try!

Coach Duque gives great instruction from a wide background. Everyone is there to put in work without ego. I highly recommend Legion whether you're brand new or highly experienced
