    My friend referred me to this place I signed up my 8 year old son and he absolutely loves it. Great place to learn self defense, discipline and it gives me peace knowing he ca defend himself. In addition I started training and I also absolutely love it.

    The instruction, facility, family values, and atmosphere are absolutely outstanding! At 62 I was apprehensive about starting such a rigorous program, but found out immediately that I was not the only older student but that I could go at my own pace, without embarrassment. However, I was encouraged to challenge myself by the instructors and fellow students. I saw the whole school express pride when a student did better. I could barely do one of the 5 minute "roll" sessions, but after a few weeks I could do three. I know that's no big deal but it was to me. Then, many students started telling how good I was progressing. Now my goal is six rolls! On the other hand, there are certainly a wide array of young skilled fighters to train with. Both men and women. I also noticed that the women seemed comfortable training at this school. The instruction here is quite special. Complete and practical with lots of drilling. You learn a technique, drill it, drill with non cooperating opponent, then apply it while "fighting". This way you can actually apply the moves for real. I watched several kids classes and those are fantastic as well. A wonderful school and BJJ community for sure!

    My kids do jiu jitsu with Gabriel, they love it and you can see the passion he has for teaching. I highly recommend this place.
