  Trained here since I was 15 to 19. The best gym I've been to. Mike is very knowledgeable and very welcoming to everyone. The gym was always clean and well maintained. Very good atmosphere in the gym. Great gym to drop into if you are visiting from out of town as well.

  Great school. My boy went here. Now I joined too. Mike is great. Everyone is nice. The training is super for any level. They will beat the wussy out of ya eventually lol. Just keep showing up. This is the best training school for any level if you have any doubt. Period.

  Professor Mike is an amazing individual. He taught my son how to be a good person and how to think and use his head. All while learning BJJ. His is amazing with all of the kids. My son loved every single class he attended with Professor Mike. Great atmosphere, Great place to learn BJJ and life skills.

  We are new to Tennessee and wanted my son to continue/try a new style. I am so glad that Mike called back and welcomed us with open arms. My son loves going there 2 days a week for 2 hours each day. He is learning new skills and is being challenged every time he goes there. Instructor Mike and everyone else in the class are super friendly and help the newer people feel welcomed and are super helpful with teaching new moves. Highly recommend.
