  You wont find a better jiu jitsu gym environment nearby. The training is specific, detailed and very functional. If you want to train to compete, or to be safe for your law enforcement job, or to just get in shape and meet new friends, this is the place. Professor Gabriel brings his knowledge from Brazil that most local instructors cant provide. You wont regret getting started at any age. From 4 years old to whatever age, they will get you going. There is no better time to start.

  My kids started under Professor Gabriel both at age 3, and have continued their training with him for several years. They started competing successfully at age 4 & 5, and they continue to learn, grow and build confidence and strength as well as a positive mindset. Jiu jitsu is very different than team sports and there are so many benefits. I believe it will be a life long sport for my kids & we will always choose for them to train under professor Gabriel and the coaches at Fight Zone. It’s a community, and we highly recommend!!

  Prof Gabe knows that martial arts is about relationships. Fight Zone TN has an amazing environment where we push each other to be better. People of all ages will enjoy high level coaching and a super friendly atmosphere no matter which class they attend. Early morning, daytime, and evening classes are available for busy schedules. Prof. Gabe was patient yet firm enough to guide my child through fear and apprehension. He now talks about jiu jitsu all the time.

  I love the gym I have been with professor and Thali for a long time. It's like my second family. They are some of my favorite people. Everyone is so welcoming and the training is awesome. I love to train with them at 52yrs young I feel very safe with these guys and girls. .

  Had a blast at the recent grand opening of Fight Zone TN! Professor Gabriel was very welcoming and I'm so happy for his new gym! It was a packed house and everyone was super kind and trained hard!!! Definitely had a great time and look forward to visiting again. Highly recommend checking this gym out if you are near by!
